We consider our service area to be a 30-minute drive from our main shop in Dassel, MN. This means we offer HVAC services in Hutchinson, Buffalo, Litchfield, Cokato, and Glencoe. We also do a lot of work in smaller communities and rural areas along County Road 15 and MN-12 (think Knapp, Albright, Rice Lake, Stockholm, Jennie, Casey, Greenleaf, Forest City, Kingston, Lamson, etc.) Pretty much everything south of County Road 55, west of Buffalo, east of Litchfield, and north of MN 212. We call this "South Central" Minnesota.
About Our Business
We are a family-owned business, not owned by a large conglomeration or private equity firm. We do our best to operate with integrity and give our customers our very best. The business is owned and run by Brian Zeglen, who has over twenty-five years in the HVAC industry. He started Charity Heating and Cooling in 2015, and his sons work alongside Brian every day.
